How long does it take to build a custom PC?
Once all components arrive, assembly and testing typically takes 2-3 business days. Total turnaround from order to delivery is usually 1-2 weeks depending on component availability. Rush builds may be possible for an additional fee — just ask.
Can you help me upgrade my existing gaming PC?

What warranty do I get on a custom build?
All components carry their manufacturer warranties (typically 2-5 years depending on the part). You also get our build quality guarantee — if there's an issue with how we assembled it, we'll fix it. We're here for ongoing support after the sale.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes, we offer assembly-only services if you already have components. We charge a flat assembly fee and will still stress test the build. Note that warranty claims for customer-supplied parts go through the original retailer, not us.
