Yes, as long as the computer is switched on and connected to the internet so we can connect to it. We can then do much of the setup remotely, including software installs, accounts, email and security settings. Printer and WiFi connections are often easier onsite.

Yes. We can transfer your documents, photos, email and bookmarks to the new computer, either onsite or remotely, so you can pick up where you left off.
