To be straight with you: we're an onsite setup-and-support service, not a repair workshop. We don't provide:

  • Mac, MacBook or iMac hardware repair — including screens and batteries
  • Laptop screen or keyboard replacement
  • Charging-port, motherboard or logic-board repair
  • Physical data recovery from failed or liquid-damaged drives — we're not a cleanroom lab
  • Printer hardware repair

If your device turns out to need physical repair, we'll tell you honestly during the diagnosis and point you to Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider rather than charge you for work we can't finish.

What we do handle: macOS and Windows software problems, setup, migration and new-device configuration, virus and malware removal, laptop battery replacement, SSD and RAM upgrades, fan cleaning and overheating, software file recovery, desktop and PC repair, Wi-Fi, mesh and NBN troubleshooting, printer setup, and business IT support.
