What POS systems do you support?
We work with all major POS systems including Square, Lightspeed, Shopify POS, Vend, Kounta, TouchBistro, Hike, Impos, and more. If you're not sure which system to choose, we can advise based on your business type and needs — though we're not resellers, so we give unbiased recommendations.
Can you connect my EFTPOS terminal to my POS?
Yes. We integrate EFTPOS terminals from Tyro, Square, Zeller, Westpac, CommBank, ANZ, and others with your POS system. This means the sale amount is sent directly to the terminal — no manual entry, fewer errors, and faster transactions.
Do you supply the hardware or just set it up?
We primarily provide setup and configuration services. Most POS hardware (iPads, printers, cash drawers) is best purchased directly from the POS provider or retailers like Officeworks or JB Hi-Fi. We can advise what to buy and then install it for you. For some items, we may be able to source hardware — just ask.
Can you help with menu or product setup?
Yes. We can help you set up your product catalogue, categories, modifiers (like coffee sizes or extras), pricing, and tax rates. For large menus or inventories, we can show you how to bulk import from a spreadsheet to save time.
Do you connect POS to accounting software?
Absolutely. We can integrate your POS with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and other accounting platforms. This automates your daily sales reconciliation and saves hours of manual data entry. We also connect to inventory management and online ordering systems.
What if something goes wrong after setup?
We provide follow-up support. If your printer stops working or your terminal disconnects, give us a call. Many issues can be fixed remotely within minutes. For ongoing support, ask about our business IT support packages — we can be your on-call tech team.
