Is a monthly plan cheaper than paying hourly?
It depends how often something breaks. Complete managed IT starts at $1,000 per month excluding GST for a business of up to five users, and that price also covers Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licensing, website hosting, domain and DNS, DMARC, managed EDR and ITDR with a 24/7 security operations centre, basic SEO and a business-hours help desk. A business calling for ad-hoc help more than about five hours a month, or already paying separately for those licences and tools, generally costs less on a plan.
What do managed IT services cost in Brisbane?
Managed IT plans are $1,000 per month for up to 5 users, $1,500 up to 10, $2,500 up to 20, $3,500 up to 30, $4,500 up to 40 and $5,500 up to 50, all excluding GST, with no setup fee and no lock-in contract. Teams over 50 are quoted on the same basis. On-site visits are charged separately at $205 per hour.
Do you charge if you cannot fix it?
Our No Fix No Fee policy applies to standard remote and on-site technical support where we are unable to resolve your issue. It excludes hardware repairs, does not guarantee a resolution within the minimum one-hour visit, and does not cover additional labour time or parts, which remain payable. Where additional work is quoted and not accepted, No Fix No Fee does not apply to that work.
