We are the internet technician for everything after the NBN box: the modem, WiFi, mesh network and your devices. We can also tell you whether a fault is on the line so you know what to ask your provider for.

The most common causes are a modem that is overheating or running old firmware, WiFi interference or weak signal in part of the house, a faulty cable between the NBN box and the modem, or a genuine line fault. We test each of these in turn so you fix the real cause rather than restarting the modem every day.
