Get a Grange Technician at Your Door

Grange grew out of the 1903 Grange Estate subdivision, so it is mostly character homes on leafy, hilly streets, many now renovated and extended for families. It is also home to plenty of professionals working from home. That shapes our jobs here: Wi-Fi that has to cover a long renovated house, home offices that must not drop out, and family laptops and tablets to keep in order. Book online or call.

Streets & Areas We Cover in Grange

We cover every pocket of Grange 4051 — here is what we see most in each part of the suburb.

The Days Road shopping precinct Hub Area

The cafe and shop strip that grew around the old tram terminus. Small businesses here book us for EFTPOS connectivity, point-of-sale computers, printers and reliable NBN.

Grange Library & Lanham Park

The Evelyn Street end around the library and park. Families nearby call us for school laptops, parental controls, shared printers and home networks that cope with everyone online.

Grange Forest Park & Kedron Brook

The streets along the northern boundary and the bikeway. Home offices here need dependable video calls, VPN access and backup, and we sort the Wi-Fi to match.

The Pinnacle & the hilly western streets

The elevated streets around the suburb's high point. Split-level and renovated homes mean mesh Wi-Fi installs, smart TV setup and moving old files to new computers.

Wilston Road & the Wilston border

The southern streets toward Wilston station. Long-time owners here ask us for slow-computer tune-ups, email problems and help with new phones and tablets. Many have lived in Grange for decades and want things kept simple.

Why Grange Chooses Geeks Brisbane

Grange is full of renovated character homes and home offices, so a visit is often part network engineering and part patient help with the family's devices.

Local Grange Knowledge

We know Grange's northern edge is Kedron Brook, that the Days Road shops started as a tram terminus, and that the hills around The Pinnacle can make one side of a house a Wi-Fi black spot.

Same-Day Visits, 7 Days

Book before 2pm and we can usually be at your Grange door the same day. Appointments run 6am to 10pm, weekends included, at no extra charge.

Quoted Prices, No Surprises

Remote support is $125/hr and onsite is $205/hr, with no call-out or travel fee anywhere in Grange. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.

No Fix, No Fee

No surprises — we confirm the hourly rate before we start. Visits have a one-hour minimum ($205/hr onsite, $125/hr remote), and No Fix, No Fee excludes hardware repairs and parts. And if a device turns out to need physical repair we do not provide, we tell you during the diagnosis rather than charging for work we cannot finish.

Another rep from a different company had already tried to connect my device and left me unable to use the computer. Brisbane Geek came and fixed perfectly in not time conducting checks of every aspect before leaving. I am so grateful, strongly recommend and will be a loyal customer in future. Thanks so much.

Grange Computer Support FAQs

How quickly can you come to Grange?

Grange is close to the city on our inner-north run, and bookings placed before about 2pm usually get a technician the same day. We are open 7 days, 6am to 10pm, so a before-work or evening visit is easy.

I work from home and my video calls keep dropping. Can you help?

Yes. We check the NBN connection, the router and where your desk sits in the house, then fix the weak link — often a cabled connection or an access point near the office. See our network setup page.

Can you set up a printer for the whole family?

We can. We connect the printer to your Wi-Fi, install it on every laptop and phone that needs it, and make scanning to email or a folder simple. Details on our printer setup page.

Will you come to the house, or do I bring the computer to you?

We come to you — Geeks Brisbane has no shopfront to drop a computer at. On-site support in Grange is $205/hr with no call-out or travel fee. When the problem can be sorted over the internet, remote support is $125/hr and is often quicker.

What will I pay?

On-site support is $205/hr and remote support is $125/hr. No surprises — we confirm the hourly rate before we start. Visits have a one-hour minimum, and No Fix, No Fee excludes hardware repairs and parts.

No Fix, No Fee applies to standard remote and on-site technical support where we are unable to resolve your issue. It excludes hardware repairs, does not guarantee a resolution within the minimum one-hour visit, and does not cover additional labour time or parts, which remain payable. Where additional work is quoted and not accepted, No Fix, No Fee does not apply to that work.
