How same-day works across the city

Same-day is realistic in most of Brisbane if you book before early afternoon. Where you are changes the honest answer, so here it is by district:

  • CBD, inner city and the inner north and south — usually same-day on a morning booking. Tell us the building and whether there is a lift dock, and we will sort access before arriving.
  • Northside, Southside and the eastern suburbs — same-day most weekdays. The bayside run out to Manly and Wynnum is a set corridor, so afternoon slots there fill first.
  • The Gap, Brookfield, Moggill and the western acreage — same-day when we can, but these are long single visits rather than a run of short ones. Wi-Fi that has to cover a large block is planned work, not a five-minute router swap.

Either way there is no call-out fee and no travel charge. A job in Moggill costs the same hourly rate as one in Spring Hill.

Managed IT for businesses is quoted per site, because the scope varies too much for an hourly figure to be honest.
