And if a device turns out to need physical repair we do not provide, we tell you during the diagnosis rather than charging for work we cannot finish.

The Gap is on our north-west run, and bookings placed before about 2pm usually get a same-day visit. If it is urgent, call 1300 600 004 and we will be honest about what we can do today.
We are a retired couple and worried about scams. Can you help?
Yes. We check your computer and phone for anything suspicious, remove unwanted software, secure your email and banking logins and show you the warning signs to watch for. See virus and malware removal.
Our house backs onto bushland and the Wi-Fi is patchy. Can you fix it?
Usually. Long, stepped houses and thick walls block signal, so a mesh system or a cabled access point in the right spot is normally the answer. We test every room in the The Gap house before installing anything.
Do you come to the house or do I drop the computer off?
We come to you. On-site support in The Gap is $205/hr with no call-out or travel fee. Remote support is $125/hr if the problem can be fixed online. We book The Gap visits 7 days a week, 6am to 10pm.
