Our townhouse NBN is in the garage and upstairs is slow. Can you fix it?
Yes. We move or add equipment so the signal reaches the bedrooms, usually with a mesh system or a cabled access point upstairs, then test every room. More on our Wi-Fi optimisation page.
Can you set up video calls so I can talk to family overseas?
Of course. We set up the apps you want on your phone, tablet or computer, make sure the camera and microphone work, create shortcuts and practise a call with you so you are confident.
