Get a Carseldine Technician at Your Door

Carseldine is a mainly residential northern suburb bounded by the rail line and crossed by Gympie Road. Established family homes sit alongside the new Carseldine Urban Village on the former university campus, and the Homemaker Centre means plenty of locals come home with a new laptop, TV or printer that needs setting up. We handle that, plus slow computers, Wi-Fi problems and home offices. Book online or call and we will come to you.

Streets & Areas We Cover in Carseldine

We cover every pocket of Carseldine 4034 — here is what we see most in each part of the suburb.

Carseldine station & Beams Road Hub Area

The suburb's transport centre on its eastern side. Commuters and nearby households call us for NBN faults, home-office setups and laptops that need to be ready for work tomorrow.

The Carseldine Homemaker Centre

The large-format retail centre on Gympie Road, with electronics stores among its tenants. New laptops, printers and smart TVs bought here often need setting up and connecting at home, which we do.

Carseldine Urban Village

The redevelopment of the former QUT campus into homes, shops and businesses. Newer homes need NBN connections, mesh Wi-Fi and smart devices set up properly.

Gympie Road

The arterial running through the suburb toward Bald Hills. Homes and small businesses along it need printers, networks, email and virus cleanups. Shopfronts along the corridor also need EFTPOS connectivity sorted when it drops out.

The Graham Road side

The western streets toward Bridgeman Downs. Established family homes here bring slow computers, school laptops, parental controls and data moved to new machines. Older family computers often just need a thorough cleanup.

Why Carseldine Chooses Geeks Brisbane

Carseldine's new estates, established streets and a big electronics retail centre all create steady demand for someone who can come over and make the new gear work.

Local Carseldine Knowledge

We know the Homemaker Centre on Gympie Road is where a lot of the suburb's new tech comes from, and that the Beams Road area near the station has been reshaped by the flyover works.

Same-Day Visits, 7 Days

Book before 2pm and we can usually be at your Carseldine door the same day. Appointments run 6am to 10pm, weekends included, at no extra charge.

Quoted Prices, No Surprises

Remote support is $125/hr and onsite is $205/hr, with no call-out or travel fee anywhere in Carseldine. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.

No Fix, No Fee

No surprises — we confirm the hourly rate before we start. Visits have a one-hour minimum ($205/hr onsite, $125/hr remote), and No Fix, No Fee excludes hardware repairs and parts. And if a device turns out to need physical repair we do not provide, we tell you during the diagnosis rather than charging for work we cannot finish.

Another rep from a different company had already tried to connect my device and left me unable to use the computer. Brisbane Geek came and fixed perfectly in not time conducting checks of every aspect before leaving. I am so grateful, strongly recommend and will be a loyal customer in future. Thanks so much.
