My woolstore loft has thick brick walls. Can you fix the Wi-Fi?
Usually. Old brick and heavy timber beams block signal, so a mesh system or a cabled access point is often needed, especially in lofts with a mezzanine. See our network and Wi-Fi setup page.
Do you support offices in the converted warehouses?
Yes. We fix network faults, set up Microsoft 365, email and shared printers, and prepare laptops for new staff. Solid heritage walls often mean an office needs more than one access point, and we plan for that.
Do you come to me or do I drop the computer off?
We come to you, at home or at the office. On-site support in Teneriffe is $205/hr with no call-out or travel fee, and remote support is $125/hr. Your computer never has to leave the building.
