Get a Chandler Technician at Your Door

Chandler is a semi-rural suburb of bushland and acreage homes, best known for the Sleeman Sports Complex built for the 1982 Commonwealth Games. Around 1,500 people live here, most on large blocks with long driveways, sheds and outbuildings, plus a pocket of suburban streets that were once Capalaba West. We are mostly called for Wi-Fi across big properties, home offices and family computers. Book online or call and we will come to the property.

Streets & Areas We Cover in Chandler

We cover every pocket of Chandler 4155 — here is what we see most in each part of the suburb.

Sleeman Sports Complex Hub Area

The major sporting venue on the corner of Old Cleveland and Tilley Roads, home to Chandler Arena, the aquatic centre and the Anna Meares Velodrome. Nearby businesses call us for office networks and PCs.

Old Cleveland Road

The main road through the suburb toward Capalaba, lined with acreage properties. Home offices and NBN troubleshooting are the usual jobs along here. Wi-Fi bridged to sheds comes up as well.

Tilley Road

The road running north from the sports complex toward Gumdale, with larger blocks on both sides. Wi-Fi bridged to sheds and granny flats is a regular request.

Tingalpa Creek Reserve

The bushland along the creek on the suburb's eastern boundary. Acreage homes backing onto the bushland call about Wi-Fi that will not reach the shed, gate and camera networks, and ageing desktops. Outdoor access points are often the fix.

The former Capalaba West streets

The suburban pocket absorbed into Chandler in 2010. Families here need school laptops set up, printers shared and new devices configured. Slow laptops and virus cleanups as well.

Why Chandler Chooses Geeks Brisbane

Chandler's acreage and bushland mean networks have to stretch further than in a typical suburb, and its home offices need them to be reliable.

Local Chandler Knowledge

We know Chandler is anchored by the Sleeman complex at Old Cleveland and Tilley Roads, that Tingalpa Creek forms its eastern edge, and that part of the suburb was Capalaba West until 2010.

Same-Day Visits, 7 Days

Book before 2pm and we can usually be at your Chandler door the same day. Appointments run 6am to 10pm, weekends included, at no extra charge.

Quoted Prices, No Surprises

Remote support is $125/hr and onsite is $205/hr, with no call-out or travel fee anywhere in Chandler. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.

No Fix, No Fee

No surprises — we confirm the hourly rate before we start. Visits have a one-hour minimum ($205/hr onsite, $125/hr remote), and No Fix, No Fee excludes hardware repairs and parts. And if a device turns out to need physical repair we do not provide, we tell you during the diagnosis rather than charging for work we cannot finish.

Another rep from a different company had already tried to connect my device and left me unable to use the computer. Brisbane Geek came and fixed perfectly in not time conducting checks of every aspect before leaving. I am so grateful, strongly recommend and will be a loyal customer in future. Thanks so much.

Chandler Computer Support FAQs

How quickly can you get to Chandler?

Chandler is on our south-eastern run. Bookings before about 2pm usually get a same-day visit, and we are open 7 days, 6am to 10pm. Call 1300 600 004 and we will be honest about timing.

Can you extend Wi-Fi to a shed, pool house or granny flat?

Yes. On acreage we typically use a cabled access point, a wireless bridge or outdoor mesh, depending on distance and line of sight. We test before we recommend anything. See network setup.

I run a business from my Chandler property. Can you support it?

Yes. We set up and maintain home-based business networks, email, Microsoft 365, backups, printers and security, and can provide ongoing help. Our business IT support page has the details. We can visit early or late.

Do you come out, or do I drop the computer off?

We come out to you — there is no drop-off shop. On-site support is $205/hr with no call-out or travel fee, even on acreage. Remote support is $125/hr.

How much does it cost?

It is $205/hr on-site and $125/hr remote. We add no call-out or travel charges, and if we cannot fix the problem, there is no fee. Larger acreage installs can be quoted first.

No Fix, No Fee applies to standard remote and on-site technical support where we are unable to resolve your issue. It excludes hardware repairs, does not guarantee a resolution within the minimum one-hour visit, and does not cover additional labour time or parts, which remain payable. Where additional work is quoted and not accepted, No Fix, No Fee does not apply to that work.
