Can you fix my computer remotely?

Often, yes. Remote support is $125/hour with a one-hour minimum, and suits software faults, slow performance, email and settings problems. If a fault turns out to need a hands-on visit, we can arrange an onsite booking instead.

Do you do motherboard repairs?

We don't do board-level (motherboard component) repairs. We can diagnose the fault and explain your options. We also diagnose and refer screen, keyboard, charging port and hinge repairs, and we fix software, setup and performance problems on desktops and laptops onsite or remotely.

Is it worth repairing my computer, or should I replace it?

Repair usually makes sense when the fault is software, a failing drive or slow performance on a computer under about five years old. Replacement usually makes sense when the computer cannot run Windows 11 or needs board-level repair. Home PC builds start from $1,500 and gaming PC builds from $2,000.

How far north do you cover?

We cover Brisbane's Northside and Moreton Bay suburbs up to and including Caboolture, but not north of Caboolture.
